I don't know, but I'm thinkin' that there HAS to be a good reason why they let her out...maybe they have more good busts just from investigating the people who flock around her! Perhaps she's such good BAIT, that they can't bear to have her locked up! Either that, or there's a back seat with her name on it! LMAO!

between this and there handling of the mel gibson case they SHOULD have already been fired...however, since this is par for the course in L.A. and much of the USA, probably nothing will happen...
