the reason red eye comes up in pictures is because the light from the flash enters your eye, goes back to the retina, and reflects back. the light coming out of your eyes show the blood in your eyes. lighter eyed people usually have more red eye than darker people. that just how it is- dark absorbs light, light color reflects it
no contacts dont cause or prevent red eye.... and the angle doesnt matter. most cameras, (digital cameras) have a flash that reduces red eye.

Listen to Showtime. Red eyes in pictures are a function of your pupil size, the amount of pigment in one of the layers in the back of the eye, the position of the flash bulb in relation to the camera lens and where you are looking when the flash occurs. With digital cameras you can get a pretty good picture in most lighting conditions without using a flash. Then, just use Photoshop to balance the brightness and contrast for a better picture. Red eye removal functions are tedious and incomplete in most editing software.
When you see your red eyes, just tell people only the finest eyes show up red in photos.

Adeel is the only one w/ the right answer here. It has nothing to do w/ the health of ur eyes. I have hazel eyes, and I experience the same thing. Don't worry, u are fine. U can either use the red eye deduction option in ur camera or red eye removal when u upload the pics to ur computer.

Assuming which you and your friends are all interior the comparable image there could be countless reasons for why you have no longer have been given "purple-eye". in the adventure that your student is fairly small there won't be sufficient mild from the flash moving into your eyes to reason the purple retinal reflex. additionally, you would be finding a techniques sufficient faraway from the flash or your eyes could produce different alignment circumstances so as that the a bright reflex does no longer be considered. Being on the intense edge of the image would create a great sufficient attitude to cut back purple eye. another attention could be which you have fairly dense generalized cataracts in each eye, yet you would be complaining of blurred ingenious and prescient in the event that they existed.

You are a vampire.
Really, you are looking directly at the camera lens, into it. You should try to look just a fraction of an inch above the camera or maybe more like at the camera-person's head...
Has nothing to do with you being white and your friends being black... Seriously.

Look to the side rather into the camera lens. Most modern cameras correct for that, and if not, software corrects it.
