Sadly you can develop allergies at any time in your life. Hayfever is seasonal, and you won't have to be on medication all the time. Bear with it hun. Some years aren't as bad as others.

I have had it most of my life . Try a very dilute salt solution in a fine spray. It might sting a little the first few times u use it. Only use it 2 times a day. I think it just makes the inside of the nose tougher so the irritant doesn't affect it so much.

I've had hayfever since I was a kid. I'm now 24.

I've been using a nasal spray called Flonase http://www.ioffer.com/i/New-Flonase-Nose-Spray-50-mcg-Allergy-Relief-120-Sprays-14115010
for a long time and it works well.

I also use Claritin http://www.claritin.com/ on a regular basis as Benadryl does nothing for me.

When things get really bad, I've used Drixoral http://www.drugstore.com/templates/brand/default.asp?brand=7860&aid=336064&aparam=drixoral
. The non-drowsy kind makes me kind of thirsty but the other one knocks me out and puts me to sleep.

Good luck with you allergies!

I'm with you sweety. I hate it and have to live with it anytime the trees are blooming.
Try Tylenol Allergy or Benedryl Allergy if it doesn't put you to sleep. Those are the best to help me cope.
I hope you feel better!!

i do. there's a method to surviving though.
go to walmart, claritin costs 8 bucks a box. but next to it, is the equate brand that costs 4 bucks. and next to that is loratidine. which costs two bucks.
and it works. you pay four times the price of the drug for the name.

i swear by it.

Yes, i have it.

It sucks so bad, and it took me 7 years to find the right medication.

Try Rhynocort nose spray (it doesn't sting or anything and works great!)

I just use Clear Eyes for my itchy eyes.

It sucks so bad, doesn't it!!!?!?!?!
