Whenever I am in the heat, I feel faint and dizzy. I also gets headaches and feel nauseous. My muscles feel fatigue and cramped and I lose my appetite. Even if I'm just standing out in the heat, I feel this way. I drink plenty of water and it's not dehydration. I have soccer practice starting tomorrow and I don't know what to do when I feel this way, but I can't just quit because it is very expensive and I can't let the team down. Also, it would mean I'd have to quit sports for the whole summer because there is heat the whole summer. It takes about a half an hour to an hour of being in a cool place for me to feel better. Whats wrong??

You should get checked carefully by a doctor BEFORE you play soccer at all. You could have a heart problem you didn't know about. It could kill you. The cost of soccer and the team feeling let down is not as important as your life.

That is tricky...I think you should go a see a doctor. It could be something serious and while running and stuff in the heat for soccer it might get worse...

Start taking a muli-vitamin. Eat something before you go out and about, get some carbs in you and some protein. Might want to talk to your doc about this one.

vitamins, minerals, hydrate yourself, no salty or fatty foods, just take better care of your body.
Another idea is to go to the doctor, for blood test, to see if this is a medical condition.,
good luck

Drink more water. Even if you think your drinking enough you could most likely use some more.
