Not that I'm planning on it. I'm just wondering cause I've seen guys grab a mannequins *** and dry hump them and stuff.
I guess I was just curious if they could get in any real trouble like have charges filed.
If so, I wonder what the charge would be.

What would they arrest you for? There are some crazy laws out there and some crazy ways they are interpreted but this wouldn't fit in the scope of any existing law.
However if you exposed yourself or your actions were intended as a sexual implication towards a minor or someone you knew to be made uncomfortable by the act it would become a personal violation - a mannequin cannot be under duress.
There are people who are now sex offenders because they tinkled in public, but the charge isn't whizzing on the street its indecent/public exposure.

I would think it would be public indecency. To even pretend to do a sex act with a mannequin is not something the public should be exposed to.
