I'm guessing this is a serious question.
If you repent and ask God to forgive you for anything you may have done wrong, no matter how big or small (Not that I'm saying that you've gone off and like, shot anybody or anything or casting stereotypes on ghetto thugs), then yes, there is a heaven for a ghetto thug.

Dear 2Pac,
We read in 1 Corinthians 6:9, 10 "Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind,
Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God.
And such were some of you: but ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God."
God says in the 3rd verse, "And such were some of you ..." That is if God saves you, you will not be a ghetto thug any longer, but a servant of God.

If what was done was done with a pure heart and a belief that it was right, who can say. I don't believe in heaven but if I did, I think that is what would matter!
