That way they can discuss their thing in their own space.

how can you relate Spiritual things with science.

How ridiculous!

Science does not disapproved the existence of God (because God created all the things, and Science is the explanation of the physical and natural World)

Get out of the box people! God is bigger than anything this universe has

You completely contradict yourself here. First you say that atheists and evolutionists should make science a religion, which doesn't make any sense. Then you say you can't relate spiritual things with science. Total contradiction.

Then you complain that science does not disapprove of the existence of God, and all of this suggests you have a problem with atheists and evolutionists bringing science to the spirituality section. That is not a fair complaint, because many of them only do so IN REACTION to certain religious people who do the same thing. It is certain religious people who raise a stink over evolution in the first place. If they didn't, it wouldn't even be that big a deal. It is certain religious people that constantly try to use the Bible to explain the physical and natural world. How can you blame people for coming on here and arguing otherwise? It is certain religious people who try to push their beleifs on people as well. No wonder atheists come on here and try to prove that God does not exist... they have to deal with religious people trying to prove that he DOES exist! What's the difference?

Of course, not all religious people do this, but not all atheists do, either. So I fail to see what your point is. Sounds to me like you are just mad that someone disagrees with you.

A religion asks you to believe without proof, the opposite of science. A religion cannot be revised as new evidence comes in, unlike science.

Spiritual things can be dealt with rationally, by really examining what's important in life.

Science would never try to disprove the existence of any particular god. Science deals with things that can be studied and tested.

Just because you believe in the monotheistic god, that doesn't mean that you are right. Some people believe in many gods, others don't believe in gods at all. Think outside the box buddy.

I tried to get a tax free house and convince people to pay me weekly tithes for my atheism, but nobody would listen.

Atheism does not equal science necessarily. I'm an Atheist as much because no religion on earth makes any sense. I don't spout my atheism, and I'd never try and convince someone they were wrong about their belief. If you see a burning bush, then by all means go about worshipping.

Spirituality does not equal religion. I think I'm a very spiritual person, I believe in right and wrong and that we have more than just physical presence. I just don't believe any religion, or that there is a creator.

In a sense, Science IS the new religion. In very ancient times there was the "old" religion, a religion of shamans and animism. Then came the theistic religions, the religions of gods and goddesses - Greek and Roman and Norse religions with god that were personal. Finally came monothesim where only one god was followed. Yahew or Jehovah, or Jesus etc. Always, when the new religion came in, the old religions gave way. Oh, they hung on for a while but languished and eventually came to be viewed as antiquated and myth. Now, Science has come on the scene and most of the monotheistic religions are starting to go the way of the old religions. They are now being viewed as antiquated ways of thinking and basically, myth. In this sense, Science is the new religion. But its a new KIND of religion. One based on observation, gathering of data and testing out hypothesis to see if they stand up to experimentation. It beats everything on the block hands down whe it comes to learning about the real world and making predictions!

It's not atheists that relate spiritual things and science. Atheists would love nothing more than to just let science be science. It's fundamentalists who make it a religious issue.
And science is not trying to disprove the existence of God. Science has nothing to do with God. It has no interest in God. The very nature of science is that it deals with the physical world. WE would like to keep it that way, but when fundamentalists try to force their religious dogma into our school science classrooms, and try to claim that scientists are "idiots", "ignorant", "stupid", and "servants of the devil" because a valid scientific theory doesn't gel with their religious book, it forces us to enter the argument.
(Funny how nobody says that scientists are "idiots", "ignorant", "stupid", and "servants of the devil" when they're receiving life-saving organ transplants...)

Science certainly disproves the stories generally told about God. Without Genesis, a Magical Kingdom in the Clouds lined with streets of gold, etc., there really isn't much left.

I think you need to get off your high horse and study a little more. Get a little background in what you re talking about. Science and spirituality go hand in hand no matter what religion you are or aren't. Spirituality is not religion.

Did you see the South Park, "Go God" & "Go God II"???
Cartman is unable to wait three weeks until the Wii console is released. He spends his time mindlessly pacing in front of a store called EV Games (a parody of EB Games), repeatedly asking how long until it is released. He suffers symptoms very similar to another South Park character, Tweek, constantly shaking and jabbering insanely. By night he suffers from extreme insomnia. Unable to wait any longer, he decides to go into suspended animation by freezing himself. After unsuccessfully trying to do this in his home freezer, Cartman gets Butters to bury him in the snow in the nearby mountains. He instructs Butters not to unfreeze himself until the day that the Wii is released.

Meanwhile Mrs. Garrison — strongly against her wishes — is forced to teach evolution ("I'm not a monkey. I'm a woman!"). However, she hates the theory and doesn't seem to know anything about it, believing that it essentially comes down to a “mutant retard fish crawling out of the water and having butt sex with a squirrel." Principal Victoria decides to hire Richard Dawkins to teach the theory along with her — they quickly get into an argument, and Mrs. Garrison decides to "act like a monkey" if she's related to one, ultimately throwing her own feces at him. However, Dawkins turns out to be infatuated with Garrison, and she becomes very excited about her first date with a “real man” since her sex-change operation.

Richard Dawkins ... The image above is a candidate for speedy deletion. It will be deleted after 2007-06-13.On their date, Dawkins and Garrison quickly warm to each other. Dawkins manages to convert Garrison to atheism (citing the Flying Spaghetti Monster, as a form of a logical fallacy). The two have sex; the next day, Garrison – just as outspoken about her new atheism as her former beliefs — denounces God to the class and makes Stan sit in the "dunce chair" after Stan makes the suggestion that evolution could be the answer to how and not why life is the way it is. Dawkins is at first reluctant to be so brazen, but Garrison tells him he was too soft on religious people in the past and that together they can rid the world of religion and all the violence it causes.

Meanwhile Cartman has completely frozen and a freak avalanche has buried his body. At the same time, Butters (dressed as Professor Chaos) asks Dougie (dressed as General Disarray) if anything bad can happen to you if you freeze yourself. Dougie tells Butters that this will kill you and Butters races to find Cartman. This proves impossible and Dougie convinces Butters that Cartman is surely dead and they will get into big trouble if anyone finds out. Cartman remains frozen for 540 years. Finally he is unfrozen by the Unified Atheist League (In the future, everyone is atheist and believes only in science, logic, and reason.) and immediately asks if they have Wii consoles. Puzzled, they ask him if he realizes that his family and friends have all been dead for 500 years. Cartman doesn’t care, but is distraught when he finds that future people don’t play video games.

Cartman is told that his guardians might be able to retrieve an antique Wii from a technology museum. They tell Cartman that they think someone in his time caused the atheistic revolution, but before they can tell them who, they are attacked by another atheist group, the United Atheist Alliance. A battle ensues and the Unified Atheist League are all killed. The United Atheist Alliance take Cartman and contact another group, the Allied Atheist Allegiance, who are super intelligent Sea Otters. The AAA proclaim that the world will soon be theirs, and that this is “The dawning of the sea otter!”.

The thing that continually astounds me is people who cannot accept the simple fact that other people have different beliefs than theirs. And those beliefs are to them every bit as real and valid as yours are to you. There are many good Christians who accept evolution. The single minded fundamentalist approach you represent is even more unreasonable than that of the atheist. Which I am not.

I like this idea, as a matter of fact the things that a lot of scientists do are hardly scientific. I believe that the brand of science you are talking about should be made into a religion as well. After all atheists are just as crazy and irrational as christians, they are both trying to prove something that we couldn't possibly know.
