omg. how can you be a programmer? secrets?!?! what do u mean? an OS is an OS. if you are a programmer, secrets shouldn't matter. you should know how to manipulate a computer however you wish. do you want MSDOS commands? do you want to solve problem with specific software? the answers to your extremely vague question would span tens of thousands, if not hundreds of thousands of pages.
