What's the best surprise you've planned for a loved one?
I really like to get gifts for people, or surprise them with fun things whether it be my boyfriend, mom, sister, dad, or best friends. I want to know what are some of the best surprises that you have done for somebody so I can get some extra ideas!? Boyfriend/Girlfriend ones are more appreciated!

In high school I made a big mistake. I was dating a loser and a "good guy" wanted a chance to take me away from the abusive jerk I was with...The loser found out and beat the good guy up...2 weeks before prom. And I went to prom with the loser. I was so immature back then...

I married the loser, too. And 5 years later I divorced the loser. Believe it or not, a couple of years later I married the good guy. For our first anniversary I ran home from work before he could get there and decorated the house..."Welcome to the 1992 *our high school name* prom"...Music, lights, the works. My "dress" was a bit different at this prom but that's a different story.

best surprises are food for me.... im no cook but i love to try out stuff. i cooked this dish one time, it was simple, and he loves cheese, so i put a whole lot of cheese, with something they love in it, they'll def love me more for it ;)
i also made an album, with puctures and caption, the book was wrapped in this batik wrapper, and i decorated around the pages differently, and did a sort of choronology for the pictures, i also sewed a bolster, it was UGLY and TIGHT, but it was well appreciated, i sewed a pillow case recently, since i can never do things properly i did screw up and it was a bit short, so i made it look like it had two thick elastic spaghetti straps ( purpose: to hold the pillow in) and i called it 'sleeveless night', i write poems on glassed photo frame (this was for mothers day), painted my bf's place and added a border as a surprise to make it look cuter (since he hates painting) i did it while he was at work. on valentines day i ordered a chain with our faces engraved (whatever u call it) on it, i ordered a bathing towel with their names on it.
the surprise was always here and there, sometimes i'll leave notes in places that will catch their attention sayin i love them or that i've left something for them.

goood luuuck

My hubby was my boss when we first started dating. Our first Valentine's Day together, we still worked in the same place, but different shifts. I got him a gift for each of the 12 hours he was on shift that night, and had his employees deliver them, one by one, on the hour. The theme was "Reasons I love you". Most of the gifts were small, like one was a bag of Hershey Kisses (because you are so sweet). One was a CD (because you have good taste in music). One was a nightie for me to wear (because you make me feel sexy), lol.

He was amazed that all night long, the gifts just kept coming and coming.

This is something done to me but i have to share. my wife covered the door with newspaper and sketched a sillouette in black marker with a knife tied to the doorknob and a sign next to it that said "no clothing allowed beyond this point, use knife to cut along pattern for entry" It was late as I work second shift andwe had no children yet so after I finished laughing I complied with the instructions. needless to say when i got inside some very awesome sex happened!! enjoy!

I got a bag of jelly beans and candy hearts at valentines day. I cut out little shapes, like hearts, XXXs, OOOs, and more. Then I wrote little notes of love laughter and life, from me to my honey. It was not an expected gift, and something they even talk about today with fond memories.

i havent realy done any surprises for my bf but i have been wanting to get some ideas. i decorate his locker from time to time and i give him things, but sometimes his reaction seems to be more like he doesnt care too much except for the time i decorated his locker on the last day of school. he hugged me and he said thank you to me. but i want to do something for him that he would really appreciate and show that he liked it.

i took my girlfriend to dinner to the sea food place on a beach. ( she had seafood, i hate it so i had chicken, ) then i took her for a walk on the beech after we ate, i then told her to sit down and we held each other..and then i told her to look into the ocean. right on time the fire works went off. it was a great night.

its more of the best date but it was a surprise/ present for her because it was our anniversary

I had married my husband 6 months before his b-day, he had 4 kids whom I adore. I put a red shirt on all of them and spellled out his name on the back--his name is Mitch and each kid had a letter as well as me and then had our pic taken while we walked away from the camera. He loved it. I tease him, that we couldn't have done it if his mom had named him Beethoven. ha ha
