Well this is my first time with one and I have had it for a month now and it is still looking great. I went to my hairdresser to get it washed and curled and she told me that I can go another month and then it should be time to come out and deep condition my hair and if I want I can put it back up and go the rest of the summer!!! Milkyway hair is what I am using and it great and it comes with a great price. So to answer your question at least two months...plus your hair grows super fast it seems!!!! Hope I helped!!! Be Blessed

It depends on the type of hair and if it has color to it. If its a regular sew in that you cannot put heat on, then it wont last very long, but if you can put heat on it and its not cheap, then you would want to use oils instead of greast to keep the hair looking neat and when you sleep at night u can wrap it like you would do any type of hair with a silk scarf.

You go back to the salon and have it removed. It works on my friends- obviously a great thing. Don't cut anything!! Demz

I've been told six months. Basically, you have to wash it once a week (Dr. Miracles is a good shampoo to use) , use detangler, etc.
