Salads are great nutritionally as long as you're going easy on the non-veggie stuff like crutons, bacos, nuts, cheese, dressing, etc. And it's perfectly fine to eat them everyday. They don't offer a whole lot in the way of protein, so you might add poultry, fish and/or beans to your diet here and there.

Nutritionists recommend a small serving of veggies, such as a salad, at least 3-4 times per week, but if all you eat is salad, you're going to have a severe case of, um, stomach problems. A balanced diet of veggies, fruits, proteins, starches, and cereals is the only way to truly be healthy.

salad will not provide you with all the vitamins, minerals, and amino acids you need. If you are trying to follow a vegetarian life style try to mix in some tofu, or nuts. If you are just worried about salad every day you will need to have other nutrients to keep yourself healthy. Salad is mostly water, and you will not be able to take a large amount of vitamins from it.

you need to eat other foods, obviously.

You get absolutely no nutrients from salad, other than water.

I am assuming that you use other veggies and possibly salad dressing.

If you are veggimatarian, then you should throw some nuts and tofu in there everysooften for protein. If not, then eat some chickens buhGAWK!

What do you mean by different foods? Like salads or hamburgers or frozen veggies? Your question is not very clear.
