would it be the phalanges and the metacarpals, the tibia and the humerus, the femur and the radius or the metatarsals and the metacarpals

Femur goes with humerus. Tibia goes with ulna (medial). Fibula goes with radius (lateral). Metatarsals goes with metacarpals. Tarsals goes with carpals. Phalanges is the same both places.
In the preceding list, the long limb is listed first.
