The first date is not the time to experiment. If you order something you don't like, then what? Are you going to force it down and pretend you like it? Or are you going to not drink it and let your date know you just wasted money?

Drink what you know you like, even if it's soda.

I am also 25, but I do not drink alcohol. I think the best thing to do is have pop, water, or a non-alcohol drink. If you do not drink alcohol that often I would take it easy on that stuff. You do not want to go drinking something that you may get a buzz off of it. Save the alcohol for when you two know each other better. You want to be yourself and drinking alcohol is not a smart chose when you want to do that.

Don't drink on a first date ... but if you must ... order a white wine. Only have one ... save the drinking for later when you know each other better. The last thing you want is to be drunk with someone you barely know. Have fun!

For a first date don't try something you ahve never tried. Stick to something you know and can tolerate, you want to make sure you keep a good impression and alcohol tends to make people be someone they normally aren't. Better yet stick to a soda, if you like bourbon, maybe have then give you a shot in one of your drinks but not much more than that, you sound like someone who doesn't have a lot experience with alcohol...which is a good thing, it's ok to have one but you don't want to look like a lush.

If you don't normally drink alcoholic beverages, you'd probably be better off stick with soda, water or something so you don't end up drinking too much and making a fool of yourself or something.

well it depends on what you like. I would recommend a Slutty Shirly Temple- basically its a Shirly Temple with a shot of Vodka- and really it just tastes like a zingy Temple! if you want to make it even better (but a little more pricey) get it with Razzberry Stoli/ Vodka instead of a shot from the well which can sometimes taste a little bitter. but be wary! this is really good if made correctly so SIP dont Gulp! and definately limit your drink intake- two should probably make you nice and toasty- then get water. remember - a glass of water to every shot of liquor or you'll get a headache. and stick with the same liquor all nite or you'll get pukey. and watch your drink! dont leave it at the table when you go to the ladies room or make sure you finish it before and if you are at a crowded bar, hold your drink in front of you at all times! just be safe!

the answer should be whatever you want, cuz youre the one whos drinking it. if you wanna go with alcohol go with something that wont leave you plastered (unless you want to be), id say a good thing to sit on would be a glass of wine or maybe a jack and coke. DONT order something you think will impress him because if you dont like it then itll just show him that youre trying to be somone youre not.

If you are not familiar with drinks, try something mild, a glass of blush wine(when asked which brand, just ask for the house brand), or a kahluah sumbrero, sorry spelling sucks)

If you dont drink that much.. then this time would be a good time to remember this...start of with a tea or soda, and if you feel you have to drink ... have a wine cooler and sip it slow.... Have Fun!!
