Veggie Tales CD...lol!!! There are some really corny songs (enough to make me gag on normal days) but how in the world can you be upset for too long singing "the hairbrush song" "I have to tell you something....I ain't got a belly button" "oh the cheeseburger song"....lol...
OMG! And monty python in search for the holy grail!! CLASSIC!! only the first 45 minutes will do the trick. LOL!!
"It's a simple question of weight ratios...a one ounce bird can't carry a 4 pound coconut"
I
am
a
nerd!!!!
On a serious note. My dad has Pancreatic Cancer...and it's one of those really rare ones so there have been a lot of yes there's options and no there's not..and then a lot of passing him around. And so on bad days. I can actually smile and yes....even laugh...!!
Man!! now I've got those songs in my head!! LOL

If possible, get out into someplace natural, by a tree or at least where you can feel the fresh air. Really focus your attention on the physical sensations you feel, the wind in your hair, the smell of the air, birds singing, etc
Even if you can't do that, sit comfortably somewhere for a minute and say out loud "Thank you (it doesn't matter who you are thanking, Nature, yourself, God, anything) for ________". And mean it. I say thank you for my kids, what health I have, the sunshine, the rain, loving friends named one at a time, my freedom, joyful experiences I've had, everything I can think of.
Focusing your attention on the present and the beautiful world, and all that you have that gives you happiness, is a great way to turn a day around!

Start over fresh tomorrow. You can make a list on your bad days of what a good day would mean to you. Then keep trying for that. Maybe you just need for one good thing to happen for it to be a good day. Maybe you need a few good things at a time. Make your threshold for a good day lower than absolutely everything going right, though.

By reading all the crazy answers people are going to put to your question here. Seriously though, just take a break and relax for a few minutes. Take some deep breaths and start over again. Don't take the things that other people do to you personally, its not worth ruining your day over. Maintain a positive attitude and it should rub off onto other people.

I take a moment to remember…… that love is all you need. And I put in the Grateful Dead, I don't know why or what happens but ever since middle school, by the end of a Dead album I feel ten times better than I did before putting it in. (that was before the smoking ever came into play.)

Put a smile on your face and start being nice to people, they will be nice to you and that will make you feel better. Or find a dog park or a dog beach and watch the dogs play. Or find a cat to pet.
