Vista and MS Office 2007 are products that are sold separately.

If you buy a computer online you can add MS-Office 2007 as part of the package for some extra $$$.

In some retail computers they have some versions already installed, but MS-Office 2007 price is already included in the package.

Hope this helps.

Vista is the operating system which runs programs we download or purchase.

MS Office is one of the programs we have to purchase - never free.
