What? Is that even a question? Do a google search for universal unitarian church. Though I'd be suspicious of any organization that would ordain me as a minister.

Universal, by definition, means that it is present in ALL countries. There is one Church that fits this description, the Church founded by Jesus Christ, the Catholic Church.
