Nope. It's too good to be true because it is.

Ask yourself these questions:
How did these people find out about me? Friends, work colleagues, my work?
Why should you give any money to someone you've never met (do you have money you can chuck away? If so, then send some my way ^_^ ).
Do you think you're even worth this salary considering your creditals and experience.
Why don't you tell them to take the money out of your salary and see how they react?
Is the email from an legitimate place (what happens if you reply to it? Does it have @novotel at the end).

These people just want your money. If you're silly enough to go over to Nigeria they will beat and torture you, take away your passport and ransom you to your family/friends for every cent they can get.

I find it funny that we can bash Nigeria here all we want , and nohing bad happens. If we bash any other country like Mexico, we get called racist.

Yes , there are alot of scam coming from Nigeria. Even if its legitimate, there is a reason they pay that much. AMericans are often kidnapped and held for ransom. That country is filled with poverty and people die there often. THere is tons of money to be mde their, but it comes with riks. I doubt it is legit, because the employer would pay for the VIsa if the are so desperate to get you there. If you are interested, google Novotel and call them . They would be able to tell you if they sent the application.

Everything coming out of Nigeria is a scam. It's constantly in the news. And any job that requires you to pay a fee is a scam as well.

Why would anyone go to Nigeria for only 21K a year? You could go to Iraq which is probably safer for 5 times that numbers. This is a scam.

Unless you legitmately applied for the job, assume that you are being scammed.

Nigerian scammers are now targeting the unemployed in a desperate attempt to obtain remaining funds for Nigeria's civil war.
