Unless it's super hot then you should be okay, but two hours is the max that you want to eat food that has been left out.

We cook meat to kill any bacteria and germs that might be in it. So if you are worried that germs might grow on it (and they do--constantly, even at room temperature, and even in the two minutes that you would normally have them out just to prepare them) then you just cook the meat thoroughly, and the germs (and bacteria) will be killed.
The only reason you should through the meat out is if the meat itself has "gone rancid" which will always make it smell so horrible that you'll know not to use it.
100 years ago, people kept their meat for several weeks without refrigeration. The secret that allowed them to do that was that they would cook their meat thoroughly. (Remember that's why we thought "fire" was such a great invention--it allowed us to cook our meat.)
The meat is fine. But all meat should be cooked before eaten. (Some pre-packaged meat comes "pre-cooked".) Hamburger patties didn't. Cook 'em.

Nope, not unless it was extremely hot in your house. The temp danger zone is 4 hours which includes thawing to cooking.

No wrap it up and placed it interior the refrigerator. you won't decide to consume the areas that have crusted or grow to be challenging. there's no longer something volatile approximately it, it purely has an undesirable texture whilst ingesting.

Absolutely not. Make sure you cook them though. Do not put back in fridge in case of bacteria and to not cross contaminate any other foods. Make sure they are cooked properly. 160 degrees at least. Make sure they are cooked throughly.

They'll be fine as long as you cook them thoroughly. If you're concerned, I would cook them to at least medium, or medium well.
