Is a corresponding part from Nissan to replace a power steering pump from an Inifiniti '03 FX35 (49110CG000)?

I need to replace the power steering pump on my car and I know that most of the time, if I can get a Nissan part vs. an Inifiniti part, it is the same, only a lot cheaper.

The same engine is used in the 350Z Your part number is Infinity all the way.

Check with the local Infiniti or Nissan dealer as they should have an interchange function on the computer. As the 350Z, G35 and FX series are all built on the same platform, I'm guessing a Z pump might work. They Murano is front wheel drive and the pump may not be the same. Hope this helps!
