In general, I don't think it's a good idea, but it's your body and your decision. Depending on your build, a 32A might look fine on you. I wear a 34A, but I'm also very thin, so it doesn't look unproportional (is that a word?) I would like them a little bigger, but even a C cup would look silly on me. You don't wanna be one of those tiny girls with huge implants sticking out. If you have a larger frame though, implants might make you look more proportional. I really don't recommend it though, being small isn't that bad, some men prefer smaller breasts. And any man worth having won't care either way. If you really think it would look good and make you happy, go for it. But I think it's best to stay the way you are, especially if you're a naturally small girl.

I'm against them but that's only because I don't find them necessary for myself. Being small is a good thing though. You don't have to worry about them sagging as you get older because they're not that large, also you have a much decreased risk of getting breast cancer. Besides...your avatar looks like it has someone that loves you in it and most guys actually don't care what breast size you are.

Some mentioned below about a small frame and that it looks a bit silly if the woman has implants. I actually have a smaller frame than you with much larger breasts (real) and I'll have to agree and say that it does look off. When I wear a swim suit it just looks weird because it's not something you normally see, especially in this country (USA) and more so if they're real. Stick with the size you have now, I'm sure it suits you just fine.

I think that if it will make you feel good about yourself, then you should get them. But you should do all your research first. Go to a really good doctor. Ask lots of questions, then really think about it. Do you want these for you? Are you doing this for some other reason than you? What kind of change do you want to see? All these are questions you need to answer. If you have the means to make yourself happy, then take the chance!

I'm AGAINST breast implants in women who feel they need them to satisfy a man, or who think they need them to be "normal" in today's society. Every human is different, and we should embrace these differences, instead of trying to fit into an unreasonable mold.

I've had them for almost 20 years and have had absolutely no problems with them. I see no reason why you shouldn't make yourself happy and give yourself some curves! They don't make you sick! There are very few risks if you get a qualified surgeon to do the surgery. They are wonderful! Go for it!

I am not against them. And don't istent o what these other people are saying about your size. Go with what matches your body best. If you are really short and small framed, maybe your breasts are the perfect size.

i'm not against breast implants, but it is certainly something that you shouldn't take lightly. as long as you are doing it for yourself and not for anybody else (boyfriend, job, etc...) i'd say go for it

I'm so much against them. They are not worth it no matter how small you are. Guys like some small girls just enhance another feature which you adore.
