I think its a tie between the fact that it is a theory which is claimed to be based in science, but relies heavily on faith...the belief that these mutations happened by chance, and that, as opposed to the teachings of natural selection, the mutations replicated and thrived, is a huge leap of faith. The other hilarious aspect is that it is set up as a theory that was intentionally set up so it cannot be disproved- Darwinist say that unless hard evidence is shown to disprove evolution, evolution must be fact. The same assertion could be made from the Creationist point of view.

How about
During his re-examination of the Burgess Shale fauna in 1979, Paleontologist Simon Conway Morris placed Pikaia gracilens in the chordates, making it perhaps the oldest known ancestor of modern vertebrates, because it seemed to have a very primitive, proto-notochord.

Stephen Jay Gould theorized that if Pikaia gracilens had not survived long enough to reproduce abundantly, vertebrates (creatures with backbones and internal skeletons) would not have come about rather creatures with exoskeletons would have evolved.

This made me picture a lobster Jesus being boiled to death by Roman Ants (Rome Ants = romance get it?)

HA HA HA ha ha ......

The funniest thing is that evolution does not have anything to do with "we came from nothing" hehe...... Perhaps you should do some reading so you don't sound so ignorant.

The funniest part of the theory of evolution is that there's such an overwhelming amount of compelling evidence to support it and yet so many people reject it in favor of the idea that there's an invisible man in the sky running everything.
That's freakin' hilarious!

What are you talking about? We evolved from apes. Apes aren't nothing. By the way, when I was a Catholic, I was taught that evolution is God's way of creating humans. I'm not Catholic anymore but I still don't see why being a Christian is incompatible with believing the Theory of Evolution.

I think its kinda funny that they keep looking for the missing link which just doesn't exist. But further more, when they find a really old tooth, they say it was a lower form of modern humans, aka their missing link, and they build a model of a caveman based on what they believe it would had looked like from that one tooth, and then well, they find out that the tooth belonged to an extinct pig.

The theory that our complex human mind and body started from a single-celled animal that just decided one day to crawl out of the water onto dry land.

The universe and everything in it is way to complex to have happened by chance, yet that is exactly how evolution would have worked.

The sun, (our source of light and heat) is estimated to be an astounding 20 million degrees Celsius. Our Earth is located at just the right distance from the Sun to receive the correct amount of heat and radiation for life as we know it to remain in existence. If the Earth were a small percentage closer than what it is right now we would receive too much heat and radiation, and we would be disintegrated. On the other hand, if we were any further from the sun than we are we would receive a lack of radiation and heat, and we would all freeze to death. Is it mere chance that our earth is situated at the exact distance from the Sun for life to continue to exist? Who in their right mind would say that this just happened by chance over millions of years of evolution? This one evidence is
riddled with design, and therefore; demands a Designer. “The Heavens declare the glory of God, and the firmament shows his handiwork.” (Psalms19:1)

In the beginning Dirt.... Thats what evolution teaches. First there was dirt , then the dirt got wet and became mud. The mud came to life and eventually an animal of sorts crawled outta the slime and then the slimy thing eventually became a man. No evidence of it whatsoever.

Creationists believe" In the beginning God..." Tons of evidence for God. Just look at His wonderfull creation! Just look at your hand and all the many ways you can use it. Accident? I trow not.

In the beginning ..Dirt or God? Which one makes the most sense?.

No contest .

Belief about where we CAME from has nothing to do with the theory of EVOLUTION.
People who attempt to attack science and scientists in favor of supernatural entities magically making human beings out of dust and ribs is beyond hilarious. And using an example that has nothing to do with the theory they're criticizing because they don't know what they're talking about is even funnier!
