i go in room lock the door until I'm' ready to come out, listen to some music and just start writing poetry jus releasing all the frustration and sadness out of me

Runaway! Doesn’t like them to see us that way. Might cry then, might laugh, defiantly sigh. Usually go for a walk. Walking is just distracting enough that we don’t lose touch with sanity for long. By the time the walk is over, could be a long one if the weather is nice, we have a plan or conclusion about the issue. Then we go back and face them.

Pout for a moment or two, vent about it and push the thought out when I start to think about it again. Both are tough because we are never expecting it really. Give yourself time to mourn, pout, vent and time. It is a process we humans have to go through. If you don't it comes out in ugly ways when you least expect it. Not fun.

first, i like your avatar. have two turtles myself. second, when i feel sad/disappointed i have a tendency to isolate myself. i'm usually really hard on myself.

i cry and and it leads me sleeping my feelings.. there 2 things we have to remember in life, first dont make decision when ur angry and dont make a promise when ur happy, so if ur in a sad mode??? just sleep on it and decides when u wakes up!!
