Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do to increase your height. Height is primarily determined by your genetic makeup, and you can't change that.
You can, however, do things to appear taller. Don's slouch, walk straight with your head held high. Also, wear heels, and clothes in one color, vertical stripes etc that make you look taller.

Depends on your age, if you're still in the growth stage, drink lots of milk. Milk helps your body build the bones and can help make u grow taller in the crucial stages of growth. But once you stop growing, you can't get any taller.

Sorry, if you are healthy and well nourished, your height is already predetermined. If you have a diet low in calcium and vitamin D, and many teenage women do, you need to eat foods rich in those nutrients.
However, there is no promise that you will get much taller.
You did not mention your age. Most women have their full height by age 18 or 19.

I think if u play basketball it will taller, but I'm not sure!
