i tend to forget, most of the things almost every thing i just cant remember things please help!!!!

Memory is something you can develop. First, make a written list of three not connected things like apple, book and television. Then go about doing something for fifteen minutes and stop, trying to remember those items. If you can remember those consistently then add a four, then a fifth.

Also, a good way to remember things is to sing it out loud. You use a different part of the brain for singing than talking. And the brain can develop new synapses connecting parts of the brain so you develop a better memory.

Some people automatically have a good memory for dates or telephone numbers or names with faces, etc. But there is a difference between memorizing and memory. In school you memorize but two or three years down the road you may no longer remember those items. Why? Because they may not have had importance enough for you to put them in what is called long-term memory.

i found out that it helps if i write every thing down i want to remember and put the note right where i will see it by something i use every day like the phone or coumputer or bathroom mirror refregrator cabnet doors . good luck my friend.
