why do so many accounts deleted that question religion and spirituality?
Who reports it ?
what is the problem?
Thankfully for all of you and for my sanity, this will be my last question on this section, i find that a majority of you so called 'religious' people tend to be the one's who cannot take criticism!!

Yeah, I understand. People don't like to be criticized and especially don't like to be offended. It's unfortunate that those are usually one and the same...

I'm also tired of people saying that this forum is for this, isn't for that, isn't meant to...! Nonsense. Anyone can post anything here, basically, though it'd be nice if people kept it limited to religion and spirituality. The problem is that, even when people do this, others don't like to think of anything outside their own beliefs as spiritual or even legitimate, so they just report it. Sometimes the questions are humorous and rude and have a cruel agenda, but so what? Move on.

If you like the idea of free speech in the United States, then what's your problem? If you don't, then why are you exercising your right to it on a forum?

people can't seem to argue religion or politics without losing their temper..usually the Christians get mad as their is no real proof except the power of their convictions..but I am a Church going Christian and I know better then to get into useless conversations with people who bait me...as you believe so shall you receive..it is up to each individual to at least investigate for themselves instead of "blind faith."

not all Christians vent and rant on about their beliefs..the majority of the Christians would not bother to answer the majority of the questions on this forum..

I think to each his own..that way I keep my sanity..as it is not worth getting my blood pressure up over..lol

It is to ask questions about religion and spirituality, of course. I am religious, and I welcome all people of all religions and Atheists and Agnostics, to ask anything they genuinely want to know, or that they want to see how others can answer. I welcome challenging questions. I never report anything just because I disagree. I only report pornographic avatars, or people who are threatening violence or something extreme like that.

That is the whole thing, we are here to help each other out not to fight and bicker about issues. Debating is fun but let's face it, religion is the base reason for most wars. All praise be to my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Well, most of the time it's just gladiatorial contests, but occasionally they let the wild animals loose for some real slaughter.

Oh, hang on a minute, that's not "forum", that's "arena".

Or is it..?

Probably was meant to ask a question concerning religion and leave. But most of us have found a place although nuts that we feel at home in. We come here to learn and share and meet people. Debate and discuss. I am so sorry if I have offended you in any way please forgive me.

I thought it was a place for dialogue and discussion...

However, fundies do not want dialogue...they refuse to discuss...they drop a few inflammatory statements and regurgitated memorized, Sunday-School Bible verses and then refuse to accept e-mail....it is quite ridiculous...and makes the fundies look quite weak in their faith.

Joshua Kane, I don't recall ever having any bone to pick with you or any particular disagreement. Perhaps you just haven't had the responses or enough of the answers that you expect or hope to get. When G-d sends you lemons, what do you do with them?
