There is a queue in the system to attempt to allow all questions a reasonable time at the front of the line. Be patient youngling.

It takes 2 minutes to come up. If it takes longer than that then that probably means Yahoo! is screening your questions.

You're not alone-I think every question goes through some kind of processing before it posts-that's why every new question usually has "2 Minutes Ago" underneath it.
