I see most of peoples here say don't go for vista stick with xp as vista is buggy!!!!,they are saying that without any knowledge about vista!just to answer in yahoo answer or may be because xp when first released had many security issues so they think vista is the same
I have been using vista for 4 months in both my home pc and business pc without any problem, and no problems in the security too.
Just posted this for correction not for anything else(and it will take -5 points from my points account..lol)

I've been enjoying Vista, too, and with only minimal "problems" like using an alternative driver for my older HP printer. Just today, though, I tried the new Ad-Aware 2007 and it freezes up during scanning. So I uninstalled it and went back to Ad-Aware SE Personal, which has no problems. Maybe they (Lavasoft) still have some Vista things to work out.

But all in all, digging Vista. You've gotta have the hardware to run it, though. (dual core processor, plenty of RAM)

It will take -5 points from your account? Won't that give you points?

hmmm.
points - (-5)
=
points + 5....

j/k, I really like Vista too...

the "problems with Vista" are usually not Microsoft's, but the company making the software you are running on it.
