I've always heard that you should eat 13 calories per pound. So if you weight 110, you should eat 1430 calories, if you eat 2300 calories like a previous poster suggested, you could be on your way to 177 lbs. Consequently, if you want to lose weight, take the weight you'd like to be times 13 and thats how many calories you should eat.

that depends on how many calories a day you burn. if you work in an office or are in class all day, drive home, and in general dont take part in much physical activity then the ammount of calories you can eat without gaining weight would be significantly different than if you worked outdoors or were an avid runner.

if you want to gain weight, consume more calories than what you burn. If you want to lose weight, burn more calories than what you consume. to stay the same the number of calories you consume and burn should be the same.

You should stick to a daily diet, or the food triangle. Eat about 2,000 calories a day to maintain your weight.

It depends on how many calories you burn. You will maintain your weight if you burn as many calories as you consume. No one can tell you an exact number because everyone has a different motabolism/activity level.
