I would like to go cave diving.
Recently in Mexico, they discovered some huge, unbelievably long underwater cave systems. Imagine if the earth flooded and you were diving in Notre Dame Cathedral. That's the effect of this adventure.

I would love to take two or three months off... and goto South East Asia.
Thailand, Laos, Cambodia... vietnam and back pack... see the ruins and all....
then maybe hit Bali... for a mini vacation before going back to Australia. There i would come back home... well rested, mind cleared... and my bank book emptied!
