I got spacers on tuesday and I already chewed through one, I got it replaced and no sooner was it in it was chewed through again. i can't go back to the ortho because one day his office is where I live and the next day in a different town. i don't know what to do I still have 4 more days until i get my braces. Please help I'm desperate!

Didn't he give any extra spacer bands to you to put between the teeth yourself?
He will still be able to fit the braces on. I lost a spacer when I got my braces 30 years ago, and everything went fine. AND THAT WAS BACK IN THE STONE AGE!!!!!!!!! I am sure things have advanced since then, so if my orthodontist could handle it then, yours can now.

It probably comes out easily because there is enough space between the two teeth, which is the purpose of spacers. I wouldn't worry about it.
