i need to lose some weight and get red of my extra fat.
im 16 5'1 and wiegh 115-118 i go to the gym 2-3 times a week.
how many calories should i be eating a day to lose weight

no more than 1200 calories, no more than 150 grams of carbs and no more than 126 fat calories.

Don't go below 1200 calories a day. I'd say go with about 1500 calories a day.

probably around 2300 but make sure they'r good calories and not fat. eat things like whole grain because those are the good calories that burn weight
