There is none since the ratings are not standardized. Take all rating with a grain of salt as you can't really trust them. Many of those ratings are self rewarded, or a year or two old. Things change over a very short period of time.
AAA is the most standardized and reliable, however even those can hold a few surprises.

If you are referring to a AAA tour book, the diamonds actually mean 'gem'. AAA calls places that they really like Gems. Otherwise, I'd say that a star and diamond are the same thing. 4 outta 4 is best and 1 out of 4 is worst no matter what shape they call it.
