Stay away from white and light blue. A basic black dress with a colorful wrap will get you through just about any occasion.

As for any wedding that isn't yours, avoid wearing something gaudy or risque. Consider something you would wear to a business meeting - a nice but modest dress, stylish pantsuit, or business suit with lovely accessories.
You want to appear elegant but don't try to overshadow the bride so avoid the "slit up to here" or "cut down to there" type party dresses. Even bare shoulders are pushing the envelope - so wear a blazer over a bare shoulder or spaghetti strap sundress.
Wear stylish shoes - but make sure you can wear them all night. There'll be dancing for sure - OOOH PAH!

if the ceremony is traditional or greek orthodox- then you must be sure to have your shoulders and knees covered in the church.
bring a cardigan if you are strapless or wearing spaghetti straps.
other than that, just stay away from an all white or ivory gown.
happy dressing :D

I would buy something that is either very light in color and whispy or just a solid color. Something that isn't too bright. Light coral, light blue, light green, white. Do not wear black or yellow. Depends on what time of the year, where it is at. A white dress that is linen based and airy maybe with spaghetti straps. Nothign with floral or busy designs. Stick to solids and light and you will be fine.

Just don't wear white! Dress wise, maybe a Greek dress? Just don't let it be white! Call the RSVP number and ask them what is appropriate! Good Luck and have FUN!

Well, im not sure really. How about a greek toga. Are other people going to be wearing traditional greek costumes. I dont think its going to be that different clothes wise.
i think a turquiose toga would look lovely, or aquamarine. Those are typical greek colours and wear greek jewellery as well, so lots of gold jewellery would look great next to aquamarine.
You dont say if you are white, etc, so its hard to tell you what colours are best. Nothing too dark and nothig too light, like white. Nice soft pastel shades like aquamarine.
