I would never suggest that you try and 'cure' it. Curly hair is a great asset! If it's untamed, then i'd suggest you run some form of styling product on it, such as coconut oil/ mouse.

But if you're not wanting the curly look, then go for straighteners, or blowdrying into a sleek style.

Or, if you're wanting tidier curls, curling irons are also good, even on curly hair =)

I just love how you put this. It's like you're diseased with cancer and like cancer there is no "cure" for curly hair.

Curly hair is a genetic trait and plus your hair folicles are straight they are round, so there is no way to wake up with straight hair because you can't change your genetics.

If you want straight hair, you can buy a flat iron with ceramic plates. You can get the chemical straighteners applied, those last about a month or so, and are expensive, but they do work. Or you can be proud to have curly hair, because those who have straight hair would kill for yours.

You can't 'cure' curly hair. You can drown it with a load of chemicals but after a while the curls will be back.

I have really curly hair and i have to straighten it everyday but it never stays straight. I use dove fizz control which really helps. There is also this new brazilian hair starighten chemical that makes your hair straight for a while. i dont know where you live but check out your local hairsalons website to see if they do it and how much it cost.

i have curly hair too! my bf actually prefers when i leave it curly, i think it's cute too. if you want to try something different, try straightening it with a straightening iron, but make sure you condition it well before and after.

No permament cure.

Buy a nice ceramic flat iron to straighten your hair temporarily (make sure it is ceramic).

Then use styling product designed to help you keep straight hair such as the "sleek.look" line from Matrix

There are some straightening shampoos you can try. You can also buy a straightener and use it everyday. Or, you can even "enhance" your curls by getting curling shampoos.
