I feel like I have always had a double chin. I honestly think its heriditary though. I hope I can still get rid of it. I'm a very think person and thats the only thing that bothers me.

there are exercises you can do to loose your double chin.
pushing our tounge on the roof of your mouth helps to strengthen the muscles in that area, also stretching your bottem lip hold for a few mins with either exercice and let go. after a while your muscles in this area will strengthen and you will notice the change

Drink a lot of water! Atleast 8 glasses a day. I know that you're probably thinking 'yeah right', but it really works. You won't notice it after one day however, but after a week or two, you will be able to see a dramatic change. Exercise helps also too. But, if exercising isn't for you, then drink water! Hope this helps!

exercise move ur neck round in one direction then after 10 revolution on other side and reduce fat containing food
