I believed the devil is always tormented- and the only way for him to get a little joy is to have people follow his ways by sinning and immoral acts. Yes, he does get to roam around, but he is evil- his existence is not a pleasant one.

I wouldn't say King Like status. But he is the ruler of the world for now but his time is limited because Jesus all ready took the keys from him.

There is no such thing as the devil. That is a bad translation of the bible . Ha-satan in the Aramaic means simply temptation. So not giving to Ha-Satan - is not giving in to your evil temptations. or Turn your back on temptation.

i belive he isnt tormented but yes he is "the ruler of this system of things" and he is "roaring about like a lion seeking to devour someone" and the lion metaphor isnt literal it means to get you to turn away from god
