They don't NEED proof, remember?
They've got "faith".
As if swallowing something hook, line, and sinker without question just because it sounds good was somehow a virtue...

Who believes there are galaxies beyond ours? How do you confirm these beliefs? There are many things people believe that can't be 100% Proven. What does it matter when a book was written. Do you believe Abe Lincoln was killed by John Wilks Booth? It was written about but can you find anyone who was there and saw it? So why believe it. The search for Jesus begins with a person's desire to know the truth about why we are here. Is it easier for you to believe that life is an accident? That we just happened? That we evolved from almost nothing? If that's so then there is no need for laws. There are no rights casue we are just animals and it's survival of the fittest. But the reason we have morals is that we were created with a purpose, to love. That the world was put in place by inteligence not chance. If you truly want an answer than read C.S. Lewis book "Mere Christianity" He was an athiest and then through Logic, not starting with the Bible he came to believe in God. Not by emotion but by looking at the facts and human life.

My sister, what proof do you want? When the Hebrews had their backs to the Red Sea and the choice men of Pharaoh's army pressing from the front God parted the Red Sea. And allowed men, women, children and animals to leisurely walk between the walls of sea water.
I know you said don't use the Bible but please just stay with me on this. Even after that supreme miracle God said that the people would soon disregard it. And sure enough they did! God even gave the reason why they disregarded it. He said that many of those people simply did not love him and some actually hated him. Miracles are cherished by people who already believe God.
My sister I'm not saying this as a cop-out I am speaking from experience, Love God with all your heart and with all your mind and with all your strength and I guarantee you He will make Himself known to you in a way that you won't soon forget!

There is no proof. Even the Bible's words are not conclusive.
I believe in Jesus because I am convinced, by faith, that it is the correct choice for me - and all of us. Many do, and don't agree with this.
As Faith is defined in the Bible as realizing is what is hoped for, and assurance of what is unseen, only you can make a final determination of what you think is right - only to find out afterwards whether you were right or not.
All we can do is make a choice for our own lives, and live that choice as best as possible.

This is not the proof you are looking for, but because I'm a man of faith, I can assure you that without faith, you will never see the proof that you are looking for. The supreme being I worship is named Jesus.
What is the name of your supreme being. (Please note that "God" is a title, not a name.)
Hebrews 11:1
1 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.
2 For by it the elders obtained a good report.
3 Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the >word of God<, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.
(Jesus is referred to as "the Word of God.")

Well besides the Bible my proof is creation, the conscience, and the Christian. Other Christians throughout the ages are probably the best proof for my beliefs around. Seriously, if it wasn't true way back then, it would had died out then too.

The proof is in the hundreds of thousands of eyewitnesses of all the events prescribed in sacred scripture. Not only that today we can clearly see the hand of God in our everyday life.

This is an issue of the heart. God is a God of love. Love is an emotion felt in our souls. God calls all of us........read the first chapter of the book of Romans in the Bible..........it confirms that God speaks to each human heart in two ways, one is thru our conscience, and the other is thru nature.......look around and note the universe, and then deny God........impossible to do when we see, and listen.
God does love you, and desires you to acknowledge Him.......listen to your heart, He is callling You in love and compassion.
Blessings to you.........

I admit, I disagree with things in the Bible. I kind of have my own beliefs...But, I believe it because when I pray to the Christian God, I feel Him there listening. I can't really tell you how I confirm them, I just feel it.
