Dalmation...my mother has one and he is amazing! He rides on the fire truck in her area and he look very beautiful and regal sitting up there.
My friend has a Yorkie and they are alot of trouble, you have to keep a very close eye on their blood sugar. She almost died one time because it got so low.

Get the dalmation. The yorkie will bark, but the dalmation won't. A trained and well disciplined dog is easier going than an uptight dog that hasn't been trained. You will step on the yorkie. Believe me, I have a small dog, and we accidentally step on her sometimes. =[

I would say dalmation if you have alot of time to play with your dog. I have 5 big dogs including a dalmation and they like to be really active. If your active then a dalmation is great.
If you like to watch movies or tv alot then you would probably be better off getting the yorkie because they like to sit/lay in your lap and sleep all day, also the yorkie would be better if you have a smaller house or an apartment.

I personally would get a yorkie. I don't really like dalmations. I prefer a smaller breeds. That's just me though.

Now I know this will be huge help, but personally neither. :) But out of the two, I pick the dalmation. Obviuosly, it is up to you. Dalmations are very energetic, fairly easy to train, don't get stepped on, and easier to groom. Plus, this may sound gross, but I have heard a few times that their pee doesn't kill grass- I dont know if this is true or not though.
Yorkshire Terriers are more fragile, better suited for cuddling then jogging, like to sit in laps, and hate it when you leave.
Here are two sites that should help-

Hope This Helps!!!

Of course you're going to get a split vote here. If you like a big dog, you're going to say the Dalmation, if you like a little dog, you're going to say the Yorkie. There is no right or wrong to this type of question. Its all a matter of personal preference.
I've had big dogs & small dogs. Personally I like little dogs better, but it doesn't mean I'm right, its just my opinion.
