Well for your height, I think that there aren't many more pounds that you should be losing to maintain a proper height/weight proportion. Especially since you're 17 and your body isn't quite done changing itself around, hormone-wise.

But to get back to your question, I think that if you ate well consistantly and then enjoyed one thing per day that would be best. Binging one day will eventually cause you to want to do it more often. And eating a ton of calories and then furiously getting rid of them won't be good for your body over time.

Yes. Your six days a week calorie intake is not enough. So for six days out of the week, your body is in starvation mode - where it will hold on to as much fat as it possibly can so that it can survive without food. Then on day seven, you eat and eat and eat. You body has already been storing fat from the previous days and now you are loading it with more fat.

You should be consistent in your diet. You need to take in at LEAST 1200 a day just to function properly. If you are working out, you should consume around 1700 calories a day. Drink lots of water and make healthy choices when you eat.

Whether or not you'll gain weight is beside the point. You are going to make yourself ill. Losing weight or not, you need to take in more than 900-1200 calories a day. No wonder you are binging! Get in to see your doctor and discuss this. You need to find a healthy way to lose weight. Besides, 135 pounds is not that bad at all at your height. Losing all that weight is not going to mean a thing if you are sick or worse. Get thee to a doctor, and good luck!

First off you should never eat less than 1200 calories a day. That sends a signal to your brain that you are starving youself and your metobalism slows down. The exercise you are doing is great. Not many people that devoted. As long as you only binge that one day I think it is fine that way you don't feel totally deprived and go back to your old eating habits. Sounds like from you heigth and weight you don't need to lose much more just try to maintain.Keep up the good work.

You are dangerously close to an eating disorder. Losing weight is a life style choice. Sure we all over eat now and then, but we don't eat to the point of pain(or maybe in your case, taking pain away). Please eat healthy, work out healthy and let the benefits come as they do. No one reaches their perfect body without lots of discipline and support. Cheat every now and then, sure. Eating all day till it hurts is bad for you body and mind.

YOU NEED TO STICK WITH WHAT EVER LOST YOU THE 50 LBS! you can cause all kinds of digestive, gallbladder, and pancreatic problems doing what you are talking about. you may even wind up in the hospital. just pick one day a week and cheat on your diet not eat till you rupture your stomach. WHICH CAN HAPPEN BY THE WAY!
