i,m a muslim.
and we do believe that christianity is true religion from god.
When the angels said, 'O Mary, God gives thee glad tidings of a son through a Word from Him; his name shall be the Messiah(christ), Jesus, son of Mary, honoured in this world and in the next, and of those who are granted nearness to God. "holy quran"
and as u see from the quran, we believe that jesus was a prophet but a HUMAN prophet and his special characteristics was a miracle from god, like most of massengers that have miracles so he is not his BEGOTTEN SON.
think about it, can the great powerfull god has a powerfull son and be crossed.
and if jesus is god son so who is his holly mother, and if he inherit from god only so for sure, he is also powerful god and has total control of our livelihood and this is the part of disbelieve.
but god says about himself he has endless merci, may god cover ur grandmother with his merci.
something else, anyone dies and knows nothing about a religion believe in only one powerful god, is not blamed

Muslims do believe in Jesus but Jesus was not the one who delivered god to them. It is said that a messenger of a people must also be of the people. God would never have been able to send a Jesus to save the Arabs. He didn't speak their language nor did he live their lifestyle. He sent Muhammad to them because he was like them. This made perfect sense because imagine a Spanish speaking Savior trying to save youth in the American ghetto's or an Italian Savior trying to save the elderly in Mexico. It just won't work that way. Why would a god that created all men favor certain men over others. All ethnicity's and races have had their Savior and so to say that Jesus was the only one is very short sighted. Catholics emphasize Mary. Christians look to Jesus. Muslims look to Muhammad. Is there not a lesson we can learn from all of them? Think about it.

i am Muslim. and who said Christianity is not a true religion of God, it's a true religion sent by God, but later it has been corrupted by people, the Bible should be shut down after Jesus was gone, and no one has the right to add his words into the Bible of God.
regarding she will go to hell for believing God has a child. God in the Quran mentioned two groups of which He describe them as a disbeliever, the first one are those who said Jesus is God, and the 2nd group are those who said God is three in trinity. however for those who said God has a child, God is really mad at what they said , however they are with the mercy of God He either punish them or have mercy on them.

God does not need to punish us here on this earth. Sin has it's own punishments. I believe
that sin is not some big rules God made up just to torture us but God is telling us how this planet and our bodies are meant to be used.
When we sin, we go against the nature of Creation. That is why scripture says "what is spoken in secret will be shouted from the housetops". Sin will find you out, one way or another.
whether it's getting cancer or liver disease from bad living(I am not saying all disease is sin related but some is brought on by excesses), or having your bad behavior found out or exposed and jailed or loosing your job etc.
FYI concerning the dark ages. Christianity may not have been perfect then but do you really think people were better off without it?

Your grandmother sounds like she was a very beautiful person and am really sorry for your lost as well. I really don't think your grandmother went to hell, she was a very strong believer in God and she seem to very steadfast as well.Religions alot of times thinks what they want to believe if a person don't believe what they believe then they are doomed to hell, but thats not how it goes, your grandmother believed in God she believe in Jesus and God knew her Heart, and I will bet that she is right up there with them..God don't punish man punishes, God loves you just like He loved your grandmother if you believe in God, and in Jesus you will also be where your grandmother is too.

God has a day called judgment day. In the Christian faith those of false religions will be judged on their works. There works being done in there own strength and not God's strength. Only way to heaven is God's plan of salvation and not through works.
Islam is a faith built on a persons good works for salvation. Christianity is a faith built on salvation being provided by God through Jesus. God wants us to be dependent on Him for all things. If we build our faith on Jesus we will not be destroyed.
Islam does not believe this, they do things in their own power and might.

Jesus took the punishment for all us sinners and gave His life so that we could be forgiven instead of punished . Until Armageddon when those who believe in Jesus will live on with him forever and those who don't won't .

Yeah, God did wonders for the slaves who were told "the Bible tells slaves to obey their masters." And it does.
It did wonders for the converted Native Americans. They were initially used as slave labor. But soon disease killed of thousands of them, and they became unprofitable.
You Christianity did wonders for every single European peasant who toiled and barely lived during the height of Christian power; the Dark Ages.
It did wonders for Rome didn't it.
Why don't you try making an accurate statement for once?

Because God is merciful to us for Christ's sake. Whenever people accuse God, they usually take the same road: why are so many bad things happening in the world, and God does nothing? Why does God kill people in the OT? But they fail to realize that God daily shines His mercy down upon us. He by all rights could eliminate us all for the atrocities that occur on His earth. Mass murders, rapes, abuses, child nappings and molestation, on and on. Do they thank Him for sparing us? Are they grateful to Him for holding back His wrath? No. They complain about the plight of mankind. They blame God for all the world's ills. Your granmother saw Him for who He is. And now, she sees Him face to face. How awesome is that?!

First of all, I extend my condolences at the loss of your grandmother. She sounds like a woman of great faith and love for our Lord, but the reason God does not punish people who do no believe in Christianity is because He gave us free will to choose. He does not force himself on anybody. If you come to believe in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, it is because you want to come to him. God bless you. Be reassured to know that your grandmother is with God.
