1) Word of mouth from satisfied patients worked for me.
2) Do some volunteer work at a school or a senior center.
3) If local hospital has a community outreach program, give a lecture or two about a timely topic within your area of expertise.
4) If you specialize, work to acquire a cadre of referring physicians. Answer consults promptly, give helpful feedback.
5) Be visible in your medical community. Participate in CME at you local hospital. Stop for coffee or tea in the Doctors Lounge, but skip the doughnuts.
5) Hire a practice consultant. It may cost a few thousand, but worth it if he can give you good pointers. Ask him to be brutally frank. Perhaps you have some personality traits that turn patients off. Or someone on the office staff? Or your facility may be sub par.
6) Discreet advertisments consistent with policy of your local medical society.

Wow a lot of people answering this question are jackasses! Advertising lower fees would be good. Perhaps focus on one thing as well. You could start perscribing marijuana if you are in a state that allows it. That's a good way to attract a lot of customers and get paid about $150 per person. Maybe do a lot of sports physicals or something too. Remember advertise. Use your local newspaper for this.

If you are such a good physician then why can't you spell "diagnosis" ? You're English grammer is so bad that you don't know how to use a colon. (You cannot place a :? together.)
Maybe if you spoke English better then people would believe you are educated.
