Wow, I have the same problem. I started working out about 4 months ago and I do it 3 to 4 days a week. I also weight train those days and I havent seen much result. Maybe except more muscle gain. Only time I have seen results that seems satisfactory is when I dont eat as much as I usually do. I can't just continually starve my self and always feel hunger.
I am about 5'3" 123lbs. Although, I am at a healthy weight I tend to gain weight in the stomache and little in arm area, otherwise the rest or my body doesn't show fat. I am trying to get very toned and only stomache area would be the very last to go. I figured I drink coffee for breakfast, eat strictly raw veggies and fruits for lunch, and just about anything for dinner is not helping me lose the weight. Weekends I tend to splurge also. So I just recently doubled my workout time. And I think it is helping me.
I think you have to increase your cardio time to 45 minutes. Hopefully you are not sneaking in a fatty snack inbetween meals and splurge during the weekends, because that does count.

Dont measure weight, measure inches, alot of times you will lose fat but gain muscle, Muscle weighs more than fat so therefore by the scale you dont think you have acheived anything. Get a tape measure and measure you waist and biceps, go back 1 month later and remeasure, if you stay true to your diet and exercise program you should see a difference in your measurements

The reason you are overweight is because you are not eating right. It is about eating more. Excercise doesn't help you much as if you do the brisk walk not ordinary walk you burn about 265 kcals and if you eat two jamoons you will get back 300 kcals. So, Nutrition is the key. You need to eat right, but we are not getting proper nutrition, if we eat 100 grams of food, you will get only 10 grams of nutrition, out of that 90 grams are calories, fat, sugar, salt, chemical, pesticides, because of that you will increase your weight. when person wants to lose weight he/she will decrease the intake of the food, automatically nutrition value will comes down, he/she will break down, they will stop dieting and eating more, they will gain the weight which they have lost. OMG. You're worried about your weight? You are perfectly well off right now. If you do want to lose weight I advice you to CHANGE you diet. Well it all depends what you eat at what times. If you are planning to lose weight you shouldn't lose more then 2-3 a month. Its very unhealthy.

muscle weighs more than fat...lose the weight training if you want to lose weight. Running while maintaining a healthy diet will cause you to lose weight. Lifting weights builds muscle making you heavier

Bet your waistline is smaller. It's about being fit, getting in shape. Muscle instead of flab, even though your weight is the same.

You may not be losing weight because you are gaining muscle... Muscle weighs more than fat. So you may be burning fat while you gain muscle.
I don't belive that anything is wrong.
