Several Driver have hit other Drivers on Pit Road; but never ever has it been while a member of a Pit Crew was in the Pit Box. The Crew Member was there long before Kurt got there; so he intentionally meant to run that Crew Member out of the Pit Box and hit Tony in it.

What Kurt did was criminal and way uncalled for. The fact he was not charged with reckless endangerment by the City of Dover shocks me. NASCAR's penalty was far too easy on Kurt.

Kurt is still in the top 10 and losing 100 points is only one race worth of points. Come on; this was NASCAR's biggest opportunity to make a strong statement that such action will not be tolerated and it failed and failed miserably.

NASCAR should be more ashamed then Kurt for such a pathetic penalty involving a violation that nearly cost someone their life.

I think you meant "Is Nascar beginning to suck?". If that's the case, YES. They use some rules on some drivers and look the other way with others. Kurt Bush is a hot head and I agree they should do something about him and alot of the other over aggressive drivers. But they won't park anyone because of the sponsors.

In other sports you can sit someone down because they and their leagues aren't making millions by putting logos all over themselves. Nascar has to bow down to sponsors more than any other sport.

Its not that you misspelled that got me, Its that you made a statement instead of asking a question. I'm just giving you a hard time!LOL! I do like your point!

I agree a suspension was in dire need for the circumstances. NASCAR, as we all know, has not been the most consistent organizing body as far as penalties go. If the crew member hadn't been paying attention and were killed, what would the penalty be then? I ask, because NASCAR apparently does not see that that is exactly what could have happened. A two race suspension should have been the least they offered to Kurt. What he did was inexcusable, and they(NASCAR) JUST excused it in my book.

NASCAR isn't boring. I actual have been a race face because i replaced right into a sprint woman. as quickly as I went to my type reunion, between the lads got here as much as me as asked it i replaced into nevertheless into racing. in case you realize what's taking place, NASCAR is beautiful. of course, you're ignorant to the sport. And, enable me assure you that the drivers at actual athletes. all people who can force at one hundred fifty mph or greater for 4 hundred to 500 miles in temperatures of over a hundred ranges with no relax, a bathing room ruin or a snack must be in nicely suited actual circumstance. until now you assert gruesome issues approximately NASCAR, you ought to perform a little learn. you will locate that there is plenty to verify and that's extremely exciting. I evaluate the assertion that NASCAR is boring as someone insult. the place do you get the concept that NASCAR followers watch soccer? I actual have on no account watched soccer, yet as quickly as I did, that should be my company and that i would not be a communist. soccer is gigantic in England and England isn't a communist county. Get your info immediately. some human beings get entangled in golf. To them that's not boring. it is their decision. My grandmother used to declare, "would not or not that's a monotonous international if all of us theory alike." you ought to wish a monotonous international the place absolutely everyone thinks such as you do.

Yeah, I agree. By not giving him any suspension at all, it's like Nascar is saying that it's ok to do things like that. How far does it have to go before they suspend someone for something like this? Does somebody have to end up in the hospital first? Nascar has got to get their priorities straight. What Busch did was wrong and it's not ok to do it. This could happen again.

I agree, but im not going to say beginning to suck, they have been sucking. INCONSISTANT, this is the way its been for a few years now.

David B, if you have that NA$CAR PR number, could you re-post it? We need to call and complain about this.

I dont care who the driver is, what Kurt done was wrong and if it was Dale Jr and the same thing happened, I would still be pissed.

I completely agree with you. I think they should have fired his butt and if I was Stewart's jackman, I would have filed charges on him for attempted murder with a moving vehicle. His punishment was not nearly severe enough. I never was a Busch fan anyway. Go Kenseth #17

I agree. If I was Tony's jackman I'd file charges as well. You could probably charge him with assault with a deadly weapon at the very least.
