Interesting?! This reminds me of the subliminal advertisement that the Bush campaign put out against Gore in the 2000 election. Remember the "RATS" that flashed suddenly during the Gore advertisement? It appears this is another attempt at psychological fear-based conditioning. Fear-based trauma conditioning is not about appealing to the conscious level, but for the sub-conscious mind. In my opinion, networks don't make these mistakes. Networks reserve their right of control by having a few seconds delayed before a broadcast is sent out. The levity of the advertisement is meant to disclaim responsibility if this became an issue like the Gore "RATS" campaign advert.

I have no audio on my work computer, so I just watched the screen. In the bottom right corner the time goes from 11 am to 8 am. This is a cut and past job.
