Uh... no commas...?
Two all beef patties = Due polpette di manzo
Special sauce = salsa speciale
Lettuce = lattuga
Cheese = formaggio
Pickles = sottaceti
Onions = cipolle
on seaseme seed bun (I suppose it's "sesame") = su un panino (loaf) ai semi di sesamo or su una focaccia (flat bread) ai semi di sesamo

I agree with the rest, but when I see patties here I associate them with the idea of hamburger, not in the sense of the whole hamburger sandwich with the bread, but just the meat. "Polpetta" in Italian means "meatball" so the best way to translate beef patties is "hamburger di manzo". Italians will understand that it's not the sandwich you want!
