Yes. I hate it. What you need to do is take out your cell phone & make belive you are talking to someone. Then yell "I have to call you back some asshole is talking loaudly on their cell phone".

It does annoy me when someone is talking loud on their cell phone because there is know need for that. I use my phone well out in the public and talk very quietly, it can be done. I don't like it when people have there ring tones loud also. Sometimes people talk so loud in a public place that you can't carry on your own conversation.

Yes, and it seems that the world is becoming one big phone booth. Manners don't exist when a lot of people are on their cell phones. I don't see what could be so important that someone needs to use their phone at a movie theater or in a restaurant. They should learn some manners and do that somewhere else.

Yes , it really annoys me when someone speaks so loud on the cell phone....specially when there is no need , there is a volume control in cell phones that can make your voice heard loud and clear to whom you are talking to....:)

Yep, it really gets on my nerves but have also been guilty of it myself, was on the bus going to see my folks and mum called so we had a little chat and during which this bloke turned in my direction and said rather loudly " Has he got a problem with his hearing?" to which I replied " I'm sorry were you talking to me I'm a bit deaf?"
But it does get on me **** when peeps speak excessively loud yes

Yes, particularly when it's not in English. At least if they're going to make a scene on their cell phone in public, make sure we can understand and complain about their stupid conversations later when we laugh/complain about it.

Yes and it creates the idea that the person does not understand how this technology works. You in fact do not have to shout. In other words - you look stupid.

You can't imagine how annoying that is, the worse thing is that it's happening in my own family. One of my sisters just scream out when answering the phone,i ask myself if the person on the other end is complaining.

GOOD STARS YES! You have hit on one of my biggest pet peeves. I pity the soul that does that around me. If they are talking that loudly and looking at me, they have just invited me into their conversation. And trust me, it isn't pretty when I get there! *grins evilly*
