Get in touch with Cadburys' - You may be able to do this via their website, or write to them (address on labels etc.); and ask them for the nearest stockist in your area.
Good luck - I know what it's like when you really like something and can't find it in the shops - mine was 'Star Bar'.........I've found a shop that sells them now though :) mmmmmmmmm :)
