yep simple answer is you cant.

Browsers have this built in for security. if they didnt it would be crazy for user security.

I guess you could create your own browsers that does it.

You simply click on the .exe file but be careful and make sure you run an antivirus scan on it before clicking on it. EXE files are often used for malware. If it isn't a trustworthy file, or fails the antivirus scan, I would immediately delete it.

You cant, unless you have a script that has the batch process procedures to do both, but you will need to create the script and having it running, even so, you still need to click the script for it to work.
