Sorry, there's no way that's easy or fast. If you try one of those super-restrictive diets that promise "dramatic weight loss," you'll find that they're very hard to stick to. Try increasing the amount of fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet, eat whole grains instead of processed ones (i.e., whole grain bread, rice, or a baked potato instead of cookies and cake, toast in the morning instead of a doughnut), and lower the fat (check your labels--one serving of fat is 6 grams, and the recommended daily allowance is only 3 servings!). The main thing is to be aware of what you're eating. Also, start an exercise program, but work into it gradually. Start with maybe a 15 minute walk 3 times a day, and increase it as you feel comfortable with that. It's not a magic bullet, but it will come off, and you'll be able to keep it off better.

Counting Calories watching Carbs not eating them late in the day...only early so you can burn them and walking/running. South Beach Diet actually works really well.

there is no fast way you have to dedicate yourself to the task with whatching what you eat, exercise, plenty of cardio, water
to flush toxins already in your system
