I need any tips and how to's..

Eating sml balanced meals 5-6x/day , with lots of fruits, veggies, lean cut meats (chicken, turkey,lean ground beef), low fat dairy products, whole wheat grains, and alot of Water. At least 6-8 glasses (8oz) /day...WALK* try to walk where there's a bit of a hill if you can, but walk walk walk..while walking, tighten in your stomach muscles for as long as you can then let it go, and repeat as often as you can.,this will strengthen the core muscles. Crunches are also good or situps*, works both upper and lower abdomen. It Works* GoodLuck* You Can Do This*~

Eating a healthy diet with regular exercise will help you lose weight. Try walking/jogging/running for 30-60 minutes, 4-5 times a week. Also, do situps and crunches. If you have access to a pool, go swimming. Don't forget to drink plenty of water.

find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

thats a wrong question sir because u can never loose fats of a certain place of the body , so when u loose fats u loose from all your body not just a part of it .
